Our primary focus in the credit union is the member. Our purpose is to work together in order to advance the financial well-being of our members and their families. We work with, and learn from, other credit unions. We have come together with credit unions to develop a research programme to obtain feedback on your membership experience. Working with Amárach Research – the leading market research organisation – we have developed a programme to gain feedback on what members experience and need from their credit union. The feedback will be critical in the development of our services to you as members for the future. Whether you use the Credit Union regularly or only occasionally, your feedback is vital to us. The survey is completely anonymous. Amárach will analyse the data and only report aggregated findings. The findings will enable us to plan for the future identifying what is working – what needs to strengthen and what needs to change.
